Online Payment Information
All online payments are handled by Paymark Click, a payment gateway company that uses SSL web communication encryption. We do not record or see payment information.
Contact Form and Order Form
We use the contact details that you give us to let you know when your order is ready. We do not share any personal information with anyone else, except the freight company if you require delivery.
Website Use
This website uses Google Tag Manager to monitor site use with Google Analytics, and eCommerce information with Google Ads. These Google services use data from cookies and IP information. This data is anonymised – individuals can’t be identified.
Video content via YouTube
We have video content on this site that is hosted by YouTube. Through this, YouTube can collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content, if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
What rights you have over your data
You can request to receive a file of the personal data we hold about you, namely, website form use or email communication. We will erase any personal data we hold about you if you request it, but this does not include any data we are obliged to keep for tax or legal purposes, like bank records.
How we protect your data
We use Let’s Encrypt SSL encryption for all website visits. Our eCommerce provider is Paymark Click (the eftpos company in NZ), and our Merchant Bank is ASB, NZ. Any online payment you make on this website goes through Paymark (It’s hosted by Paymark and we cannot see any credit card information).
