I truly appreciate the friendly and welcoming service from everyone here. Two years ago, I bought a futon, duvet, and pillow, and recently came back to have them reupholstered. The quality of the work is outstanding and the price is very reasonable. They are incredibly skilled at what they do. For the past two years, my sleep has been an absolute dream thanks to their products. When my 1-year-old is ready to move from his cot to a bed, I’ll definitely be coming back to get everything from them. Thank you.

I ordered my first mattress from them around eight years ago, and it was just as wonderful on its last day with me as it was on day one. After parting ways with it due to new living arrangements, I’ve happily returned for my second. They offer different firmness levels, but I’ve only ever gone with the firmest option -- incredibly supportive yet still supple, with no pressure points or discomfort. Great price (particularly for the incredible quality) + reasonable shipping charge for the bulky, heavy item + quick turn around. In addition to all this, the team at Futonz are helpful, patient and kind. Absolutely recommend coming to them for your next mattress!

Great Experience all round. We are so happy we found this place! We purchased a futon, a king bed and matress for ourselves and a matress each for our children. The quality is high level and we found the value to be much better than some other options at the same level of quality in Auckland. The service was really great when we were selecting our purchase and they follow up on their aftersales promise to make sure that you get the most suitable set up for yourself. Highly recommend!

2 December 2024Never had such excellent customer service. Bought a lovely mattress off them, but unfortunately it was a bit too soft for me. They arranged a swap for me to medium for no extra cost or hassle. Excellent! Would recommend them.
