We would just like to say a big thanks for the advice and support we received from your team. We dismantled our bed sofa. On putting it together again, we noted a small inner spring had come out. We called your office and were told that this wee spring would indeed affect the bed mechanism! A couple of new springs were sent by courier to us at no charge. What amazing customer service 👌. The bed is functioning properly again.
