We LOVE our Seraphic mattress! We can hardly believe the difference this beautiful mattress is making to our lives – we are on a bit of a high! My parents are going to sleep a night on it as they can’t quite believe all the claims are true, and are growing jealous of all our boasting about our wonderful mattress. We would just like to say a big thanks for the advice and support we received from your team. We dismantled our bed sofa. On putting it together again, we noted a small inner spring had come out. We called your office and were told that this wee spring would indeed affect the bed mechanism! A couple of new springs were sent by courier to us at no charge. What amazing customer service 👌. Finally upgraded to a natural latex mattress (seraphic 20). Ahh the bliss of a supportive, comfortable night’s sleep. Doesn’t trap and magnify your body heat like synthetic memory foam (ugh). And the Heveya rounded pillow just completed the refreshing sleep. The Geneva wooden frame fitted together easily and simply and looks lovely in the rimu oiled finish. After 2 trains, a bus and a 20 minute walk we finally arrived at this shop at the edge of the city. It was worth every step. The sales person was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly & the beds well displayed and comfortable. They helped us decide on the perfect futon for us. After purchasing for delivery in 2 weeks, they were even so kind as to give us a lift back to the train station. Highly recommended experience. Once you buy a “Futonz” futon you’ll never be swayed to buy a “fancy” mattress from TV again. We love our futon!

The Siesta sofa bed and Latex core futon mattress I ordered just before Christmas last year arrived on Tuesday morning which was exactly the delivery date I had requested.
I ordered these for my parents, especially for my Dad who has a pretty weak back from the injuries he has had in his younger years.
They have been taking wonderful late afternoon naps on the bed and are really fond of it. My mum is into organic products and she likes the smell of the mattress cover and the wooden sofa base. My Dad says he finds the mattress really cosy and that it feels like a premium hotel bed.
Thank you very much for producing such healthy and good quality products. I'm going to save up and the next item I would like to get for my parents is a latex mattress and a slat bed base to go with it.

I just wanted to say thanks for the futon you delivered last week. We're both loving it. It's so comfortable and I'm already noticing how cool it is to lie on as the nights get warmer. Futons are great beds in general but your futon is the best I've ever slept in (and I say that having been to Japan many times). I ordered my first mattress from them around eight years ago, and it was just as wonderful on its last day with me as it was on day one. After parting ways with it due to new living arrangements, I’ve happily returned for my second. They offer different firmness levels, but I’ve only ever gone with the firmest option -- incredibly supportive yet still supple, with no pressure points or discomfort. Great price (particularly for the incredible quality) + reasonable shipping charge for the bulky, heavy item + quick turn around. In addition to all this, the team at Futonz are helpful, patient and kind. Absolutely recommend coming to them for your next mattress!
