The Havana Frame features clean proportions with a minimalist, low design. Made to order in our workshop in West Auckland and delivered New Zealand wide. The headboard has three adjustable heights and the solid slats provide support and airflow for your mattress.
Sustainable Timber Bed Frame
All our bed frames are made from sustainably-sourced New Zealand timber. Choose solid macrocarpa timber for a finer, warmer grain, or Radiata Pine for a lighter grain. The pine Havana Bed Frame is also available in a dark stain (Java oil) or warm brown stain (Rimu oil).

Materials
Sustainably Sourced New Zealand Timber
At Futonz we only use sustainably grown New Zealand timber from renewable plantations. Our pine bed bases are made from Pinus Radiata, a strong and flexible wood with a broad clear grain. Our macrocarpa bed frames are made from Cypressus Macrocarpa, a slower-growing wood with a very durable finish in a warm hue, and with a fine-grained texture.
Natural Non-Toxic Oils
All our Havana Bed Frames are finished with a coat of natural Haarlem Oil – from the Tung Tree. Also known as Danish Oil, this coating is non-toxic and environmentally friendly.

Futonz’ 7 Day Bed Trial
Our 7-day trial means you can try your bed for a whole week to make sure it is the right choice for you. You can get a refund or exchange the product if you are not completely satisfied. This trial promise includes sharing the freight costs: if you have paid for delivery, we will pay for return freight to our workshop. This 7-day trial is extended to full price standard bed bases only. We cannot offer trials on non-standard or customised beds.
